Returns Policy

   - Our products are custom-made, and therefore, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

   - To initiate a return due to defect or damage, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Late claims may not be eligible for returns or replacements.
