Brief:
The challenge was to create a range of promotional products that would not only enhance First Brew Coffee’s brand visibility but also resonate with its core values of sustainability and organic living. The goal was to design items that customers would love to use daily, thereby continually reinforcing the brand's presence in their lives.
Result:
Our team collaborated closely with the client to conceptualize and produce a line of eco-friendly promotional products. The range included:
1. Bamboo Travel Mugs: Engraved with First Brew’s logo, these reusable mugs were a hit among customers. Not only did they align with the brand's eco-friendly ethos, but they also encouraged a reduction in single-use plastics.
2. Recycled Paper Notebooks: With a sleek design incorporating the First Brew Coffee logo, these notebooks were perfect for jotting down thoughts over a cup of coffee.
The promotional campaign was launched in tandem with the opening of the 50th store. Each customer received a promotional package containing all the items. Additionally, any purchase of a large coffee came with a free bamboo travel mug for the first month.
Overview:
The campaign was a resounding success. Not only did the customer see a 30% increase in footfall during the promotional month, but the branded items also created a buzz on social media. Customers shared pictures of their bamboo mugs and notebooks, leading to a wave of organic brand promotion.
